FORM Wealth was started by Founding Partners Tyson Ray and Luke Kuchenberg, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals, with one focus - to impact people’s lives for the better. For over 18 years these two best friends and founding partners have been preparing themselves for the life changing financial situations their clients have to navigate. Through brutal honesty and a real desire to know their clients on a very personal level, Tyson and Luke are able to help clients make educated and sound decisions regarding ways to fund the one life clients have to live.

In 2014 Tyson and Luke chose to begin a relationship with Raymond James. Advisors at FORM Wealth offer securities through Raymond James Financial Services, Inc., member FINRA/SIPC, and investments advisory services through Raymond James Financial Services Advisors.
