Ludwar Law Firm is focused on disability claims, Canada Pension Plan (CPP) Appeals and personal injury claims. Our clients are individuals who are disabled and have applied for disability benefits, either from private insurance companies or from Canada Pension Plan. We represent them when they have been denied disability benefits.
We deal extensively with CPP Social Security Tribunals [both and General and Appeal divisions]. We have successfully sued both large and small insurance companies who have denied disability benefits stating that the applicant was not disabled.
