Our facility includes over 20,000 square feet of state of the art health equipment. Along with our friendly and knowledgeable staff, we provide the following amenities which make our members to feel comfortable and focus on reaching their health and fitness goals:

- We have over 40 group exercise classes per week, including Spinning, Pilates, LesMills BodyStep and BodyPump, ZUMBA, and Boot Camp!
