Our weekly Facebook sales have become so popular and we are so happy that you love the experience as much as we do! We post our Amazing new arrivals right to our Facebook page on Wednesday evenings at 8:30pm EST. The items remain on our page until Monday AM. Be sure to shop early before the items are sold out! Be sure to pay your invoices quickly, as the cancel within 12 hours. Checkout is very easy! Click on the email invoice and make payment through our secure Paypal payment site.

We ship out all orders (except Pre-orders) within 5-7 business days. Pre-orders will ship on or before the date indicated on the Item description.

Clothing & Accessory Facebook Sale Return Policy:
• All returns must be received within 14 days of the date of receipt of your order.
• Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We do not provide cash refunds.
• Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and the tags must still be attached.
• Shipping is non-refundable, unless of course, we made a shipping mistake.
• Please complete Return form that is enclosed with your order and include it when returning an item. Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.
• Due to our limited quantities per unique style we cannot guarantee an exchange. However, we will issue you a store credit/coupon and you can use that towards a future purchase!

Trouble with your order?
• Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective merchandise you must contact our warehouse within 5 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
