Massage therapy works with the body to heal itself in a completely natural and noninvasive manner. It is a process by which you can return your body to its natural balance in a gentle manner. Although some conditions respond dramatically to treatment, others will respond more gradually over an extended period of time.

Born and raised in Guelph, Judy spent five years at Centennial High School where she graduated as an Ontario scholar. In 1992, after moving to Vancouver to enjoy the west coast lifestyle, Judy completed a two year full-time (2,400 hour) course at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver. This program is recognized as one of the highest levels of massage therapy training in North America. After graduating, she built a busy practice at several locations in Vancouver including the Pan Pacific Hotel spa, the North Shore Therapeutic Massage Centre and her own practice at the Centre for Well Being. Judy moved back to Guelph in 2002 to be close to family and initially practiced at the Hockley Valley Resort and Spa while building a home-based practice. She believes that nutrition, exercise and self-care are integral to a healthy, balanced lifestyle and self-care often involves a wonderfully relaxing, therapeutic massage. Not to mention an occasional glass of red wine and a good book! She brings over twenty years of knowledge and experience to her practice and, while continuing to upgrade her skills and knowledge says “I look forward to meeting you and treating you in the near future.
