About me!
I have a college degree from Temple University in Exercise Physiology and have been in the fitness industry for 23 years. I have been a certified group exercise instructor for 23 years and a certified personal trainer for 20 years. I am a personal training certification instructor and I teach at Reading Area Community College. I have extensive training in Weight Training, Pilates, Yoga and Facilitated Stretching. I am currently a student at the Academy of Massage Therapy and Bodyworks in Pottstown, PA. I will sit for the national massage therapy exam in November. I am certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer.
My Philosphy:
My primary focus for my personal training clients is safely and methodically achieving and maintaining proper body alignment, functional strength and optimal posture and in turn, overall wellness.
