General information

We raise a variety of vegetables and fruits on small urban plots in O’Fallon, Illinois. Our aim is to provide the highest quality, freshness, and flavor in our produce by paying close attention to soil mineral balancing, organic matter, and fertility levels. We sow heirloom seeds ensure the historic preservation of fruits and vegetables.

Through our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) we hope to build community through the program by encouraging member involvement in the farm. We offer hands-on learning about seasonal and fresh food, fostering an interest in home-made meals and supporting a locally based food system.

As first-generation farmers, we hope to preserve some of the knowledge that is going to die along with our veteran farmers and farms. We hope to learn and then practice local wisdom from our neighboring farm community that is endangered by the ever-sprawling cities and sub-divided countryside. We recognize the need for farmers who are truly in love with farming and family farm life.
