Christine Rivinius has been in the real estate industry for the past 20 years. She is nationally recognized as being one of the best agents in the nation based on sales and services. Christine’s primary focus is meeting with sellers to ensure expectations are exceeded and to subsequently work with the team to ensure listings receive maximum exposure.

Christine’s roles include preparing comparative market analysis’ and presenting our unique selling proposition to our clients. She oversees the transaction through negotiations, appraisal and closing.
Since receiving ‘Rookie of the Year’ award in 1998, Christine Rivinius has increased her sales productivity to an uncommon level and has been inducted into the Centurion Honor Society, she is ranked in Americas Best RE Agents List produced nationally, and is ranked at highest level of production in agents in the state of ND and in the Bismarck Mandan Board of Realtors.

Christine has sold over a 1000 homes and in the last 20 years her sales volume has totaled more than
$250 million. She attributes her success in today’s fiercely competitive marketplace to her unique team
