Comer Industries ha la sede principale a Reggiolo ( Reggio Emilia).
Le vendite e il supporto alla clientela sono affidate ad una organizzazione commerciale diretta, costituita da 3 divisioni, ciascuna focalizza su uno specifico settore di mercato: Applicazioni Agricole, macchine per costruzioni e forestali, energia e impianti fissi.
Comer Industries presidia inoltre i principali mercati esteri con le proprie filiali commerciali negli Stati Uniti, in Cina, Germania, Francia e Regno unito.
Lo sviluppo dei nuovi prodotti è supportato dall’area Ricerca e Sviluppo, che ha uffici tecnici di progettazione a Reggiolo (Reggio Emilia), Cavriago(Reggio Emilia) e a Shaoxing (Cina).
Per sviluppare e testare soluzioni di avanguardia , Comer Industries so avvale del proprio centro di ricerca meccatronica. L’attività produttiva in Italia è strutturata su quattro unità operative, specializzate per linee di prodotto :Gearboxes, Driveshaft, Planetary Drives & Axles e Comer Industries Components, dislocate su quattro siti produttivi nelle province di Reggio Emilia, Mantova e Matera. In Cina, dove Comer Industries ha una presenza consolidata ultraventennale, nello stabilimento s Shaoxing (provincia di Zhejiang) è attiva dal 2008 la produzione di trasmissioni per il settore eolico ed agricolo.
La scuola interna Comer Academy, nata nel 2008/ a Reggiolo, è impegnata a valorizzare le risorse umane attraverso attività di formazione, percorsi mirati e training sul campo.

The sale of products and customer support is entrusted to a direct sales organization, consisting of 3
Divisions, each focusing on a specific market segment: Agricultural application, Construction equipment & forestry and Wind Energy&industrial.
Comer Industries also operates in major foreign markets with its own sales subsidiaries in the United States,
China, Germany, France and the United Kingdom.
New product development is supported by the Research & Development Dpt., which has technical design offices in Reggiolo (Reggio Emilia), Cavriago (Reggio Emilia) and in Shaoxing (China).
To develop and test advanced product solutions, Comer Industries relies on its Mechatronics Research Center, established in 1996 and equipped with the latest technologies and experimental tools.
Industrial operations in Italy are structured in four Operating Units, specialized by product line:
Gearboxes, Driveshafts, Planetary Drives & Axles and Comer Industries Components – with 4 production sites located in the provinces of Reggio Emilia, Mantua and Matera. In China, where the company has a consolidated presence since more than 20 years, the Operating Unit in Shaoxing (Zhejiang province) manufacturing of transmissions for agricultural and wind applications in 2008 started.
Comer Academy, the in-house management school, born to promote cultural growth, enhance employees’ technical and managerial skills through training programs and attract young, creative talents.
