Innovative Technology
Through ERS Manufacturing, a division of ERS International, we have the capacity of designing our own processing lines. Our proprietary technology allows us to obtain maximum recovery value of electronics via our electrostatic separation & particle classification.

Innovative Software
ERS International takes it one step further by coding its own proprietary software (RMS) for the ultimate client experience. Our software was designed and streamlined to our client’s business needs; secure VPN, SSL encryption and multiplatform support gives clients access to their own private portal allowing for inventory tracking, reporting and complete traceability of materials through the entire recycling/destruction process. The e2ms is accessible over the internet and is compatible on any computer, laptop or mobile device.

Secure LTL/FTL
Security of transported materials is paramount at ERS International. Whether it is LTL or FTL, our trucks are always mechanically locked as well as fastened with a tamperproof security seal. All security seals are audited and electronically recorded. Seals can only be broken by a dedicated active duty security officer where after the seals are attached to the BOL and hard filed for additional security.

Research & Development
ERS International’s scientific laboratory consists of state of the art instrumentation including our XRF (x-ray fluorescence spectroscopy) & ICP-MS (inductively coupled plasma – mass spectroscopy) allowing us accurate analysis and assessment of materials. This advanced technology is capable of measuring in parts per million, billion & trillion. The evaluation of materials includes both, solids and liquids.

Our advanced equipment and reporting allows us to maximize return from our clients’ materials and technologies. Our laboratory and team of PHD’s allows ERS International to go environmentally above and beyond by upcycling waste materials into innovative new products, adhering to a true zero landfill, zero incineration policy putting ERS International in the forefront of our industry’s leadership.
