Rohit Communities is not just another home builder; we are truly a member of the Edmonton and Fort McMurray communities in which we build. We believe in giving back and are an active partner with the Canadian Home Builders Association, as well as with other sustainable community and affordable housing initiatives. We have now expanded into Regina and Calgary.

Our commitment to innovative design and practices keep us on a path of continuous improvement. We are recognised as an industry leader thanks to our unique and highly efficient floor plan use, along with our carefully designed exterior finishes. Rohit has been recognised at local, provincial, and national levels for this, recently earning the title of Edmonton’s 2013 Home Builder of the Year.

The communities in which we build have many different housing styles to choose from, thanks to our product diversification of townhomes, duplexes, bungalows, single family homes, and apartment condominiums. Our communities have introduced Edmonton to the concept of multi-generational design, and are designed to provide a place to grow roots for families and individuals at any stage of life.
