Business Solutionz was founded in 2012 by Hanif Sheikh, a Kinesiologist and Nutritionist. Business Solutionz originally began as a fitness and nutrition consulting firm, under the name Fitness Solutionz.
Fitness Solutionz provided individual clients with a full range of services designed to assist client’s in reaching their fitness and nutrition goals. In addition, Fitness Solutionz specialized in providing sales and marketing services to a broad range of fitness related facilities including: MMA Studios, Martial Arts Studios, Various Gyms and Fitness Boutiques.
In 2015, Mr. Sheikh rebranded Fitness Solutionz under the name Business Solutionz to formally reflect the change in the firm’s clientele. Although the firm originally operated in, and continues to maintain a strong presence in the ‘fitness space’, the firm—primarily through client referrals—has expanded and now caters to a variety of businesses.
