For 20 years the attorneys of RGG Law have been serving clients in the four-state region of Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. Founded in 1995, the firm has grown from a small practice in Springfield, Missouri to a full-service law firm with a general practice in southwest Missouri and a well-respected Social Security disability practice in other locations.

While the firm is headquartered in Springfield, Missouri, RGG Law attorneys can meet clients in Tulsa and Kansas City by appointment. Office hours in those locations are by appointment only.

In Southwest Missouri, the lawyers of RGG Law represent clients in a variety of areas, including Social Security Disability, Bankruptcy, Family Law (including divorce, adoption, and modification), Traffic Law (including DUI/DWI defense), Municipal Law, Estate Law and general civil matters. The firm’s practice in Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas and other parts of Missouri is limited to only Social Security Disability cases.

The firm now consists of three partners, attorneys Ken Reynolds, Jon Gold and Sam Coring. In addition, RGG Law has two other active attorneys who are affiliated with the firm in “of counsel” status. These are former Social Security Disability Law Judge Martin Spiegel and former Social Security Attorney Advisor Nancy Spence. Attorney Nicole Greeson joined the form as an Associate Attorney and practices full-time representing RGG Law clients.

Previously, the firm was also affiliated with two other former Social Security Disability Judges — L. Wayne Henry of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Wayne Falkenstein of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Judge Henry has retired from the active practice of law with RGG and Judge Falkenstein passed away on May 4, 2015. Judge Spiegel still actively practices representing clients and advising his attorney colleagues.

The bankruptcy practice of RGG Law is particularly well-respected. Our attorneys have helped over 9,000 clients achieve debt relief and a fresh financial start in the past 20 years. RGG Law primarily represents debtors seeking debt relief and handles both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. We are now the largest locally-owned law firm in Springfield, Missouri with a major bankruptcy department. Attorneys Ken REynolds, Jon Gold, Sam Coring and Nicole Greeson all handle bankruptcy-related matters as a part of their practice.

Family law matters – including divorce, custody, and adoption cases – are handled by both Attorneys Nicole Greeson and Ken Reynolds. Both have years of experience handling such matters. In addition to representing parties in such matters, Attorney Greeson is sometimes appointed by family courts as Guardian Ad Litem in cases involving child custody issues.

Both Attorneys Jon Gold and Nicole Greeson actively practice in the area of estate law, including simple wills and trusts.

In the municipal law area, Attorney Ken Reynolds represents many city governments as City Attorney and City Prosecutor, including the Missouri towns of Walnut Grove, Willard, Marionville and Aurora. Adding to this experience, Attorney Nicole Greeson previously served as City Attorney and City Prosecutor for the Missouri towns of Miller and Stockton. Attorney Sam Coring has also served as a City Prosecutor for the towns of Willard, Missouri and Walnut Grove, Missouri.

As for traffic law matters, Attorneys Sam Coring and Nicole Greeson are former city prosecutors, while Attorney Ken Reynolds is a current city prosecutor and former police officer. Such experience is certainly an advantage for our clients in handling their traffic law matters.

The firm’s Social Security Disability practice handles cases at all the administrative levels of review as well as appeals in the federal courts at both the United States District Court and United States Court of Appeals levels. Our disability clients are represented by Attorneys Martin Spiegel, Nancy Spence, Ken Reynolds, Jon Gold and Sam Coring.
