The Firm is a successor firm to the law firm of Coghlan, Crowson, Robertson & Ylitalo formed in 1986, Coghlan, Crowson & Fitzpatrick formed in 1992, and Coghlan, Crowson, Fitzpatrick, Westbrook & Worthington, LLP formed in 2000. The name was changed to Coghlan Crowson, LLP with the addition of new partners in 2006.
