He has prosecuted these cases to get his clients fair compensation, through either settlement or verdict, which allows these people the opportunity to move on with their lives. Mr. Burch is also certified by the State of Tennessee as a Family Law Specialist, and is the author of the book “Divorce in Tennessee; The Legal Process, Your Rights, and What to Expect.” Mrs. Stanley has extensive criminal defense experience, and has tried over 25 cases to a jury, including everything from a DUI charge to an Aggravated Rape charge.
