We specialise in office design and have provided professional design services to the corporate world for over 15 years. Over this time we have worked with both global and local clients from diverse industries, in a range of different building types and sizes and with an array of budgets and timelines. This privilege combined with our team of diverse and talented staff, has afforded us with the opportunity to take our model for office design perfection and refine it, test it and improve it.

Designing a workspace that considers the business impact involves far more than just allocating people to desks. By balancing project constraints with the latest research and best practice in office design we strive to provide our clients with the best possible solution for their business. With the help of our in-house Industrial Psychologist, we consider the overall type of work environment that will be created by our designs and the impact this will have on staff engagement and productivity. Paragon Interiors is the first design firm in South Africa to include a roll out strategy with staff. This ensures that any change that is introduced into the business through the project, is managed effectively.

We are able to provide a flexible service offering to meet the individual needs of our diverse client base. Though we offer any combination of the services below, we broadly provide our clients either a design and build solution or a design only solution.
