Swanlite is a specialist Lighting Solutions Company, with its head office based in Durban, Kwa-
Zulu Natal. With over 35 years experience in the design and supply of lighting luminaires and
solutions, to various projects, locally, nationally and internationally, Swanlite engaged in an
equity transaction at the end of 2010, which saw Investec Bank Limited become a shareholder.
Swanlite is a founding member of the ILM Lighting Group (Independent Lighting Distributors (PTY)
Ltd) which has members throughout South Africa and Namibia and is the Southern African
Distributor for THORN Lighting Limited.

Swanlite differentiates itself from other such lighting organizations by not only making use of the
most up to date and sophisticated lighting design programmes available but through constant
research and supply of the latest technologies available. Through Swanlite’s association and
