Our expansive 700 square meters of airy living space comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Choose from our four luxurious suites, each with their own designer charm. You can also relax in the private downstairs cinema whilst enjoying popcorn and your favourite movie or be luxuriously pampered in our newly appointed spa complete with an outdoor Jacuzzi.

On entering the villa for the very first time, you simply cannot help but admire the elegantly designed contemporary ambiance… at first glance you dive underwater, with our entrance lobby granting you an underwater view of our swimming pool.

Carry on your journey of discovery through our middle level, where you will experience the perfection of our team of interior designers, who have created a polished, sophisticated and modern look. The sun terrace and L-shaped pool connect with the interior of the villa, showcasing the perfect relaxation areas, either indoor or out. Our custom produced designer furniture blends into the feel of the house, and adds to the modern look, with just a dash of timber.
The public lounge area is complete with large flat-screen TV, state of the art sound system and moody gas fire place, perfect for relaxation after a day of sightseeing our beautiful Cape Town.

Our refined, open planned fully kitted kitchen is just next to the lounge, and opens up onto our charming dining area, complete with large over-the-top stylish chandeliers. A short walk down the passage brings you to our small office, where you are more than welcome to make use of a public notebook, or IP phone.

Our two premier suites on our upper level have their own special ambiance, with both retreats having subliminal views over the surrounding beauty of the mountains of the Cape.

The Private Garden Retreat is tucked away on the side of the villa on our lower level, and has its own exclusive garden area, complete with daybed and water feature. A little private piece of paradise… the colour tones that have been incorporated into this suite will immediately make you feel at peace and at your most tranquil

Situated at the back end of the villa, The Sun Retreat is a spacious, light and airy room, designed for maximum comfort and longer stays. The large windows allow our gardens to creep inside your room, and take just one step outside and observe the magnificent Twelve Apostles mountain range towering above you.
