As a pet travel agent my experience in pet travel is extensive as I owned and operated a very successful pet travel company which I handed over to my sons when I retired.

Retirement was boring so here I am doing what I love and know best PETS and pet travel.

My pet travel experience started in 2003 when I started the very successful The Pets Taxi South Africa.

We do not hire out flight containers as a wooden flight container is made from plywood and is therefore porous and therefore regardless of what other people/pet transport companies say it cannot be fully treated with anti-virucidal to kill viruses or bacteria (it cannot be fully immersed into the liquid anti-virucidal as it will swell and become soft) and is therefore dangerous to dogs and cats and especially very young puppies and kittens.
