Brocor is a fully fledged Real Estate Agency offering our customers the opportunity to buy and sell by means of out of hand treaty. We have
close relationships with all the major financial institutes and bond originators assisting our prospective buyers with their applications for bond
finance. We also provide our sellers with expert evaluations on their properties to determine current market values.
OPTION 2:
Brocor has a proven track record of over 15 years in the selling of property via the auction method. Our sellers have the option of selling their
property via 3 auction methods:
•On Site Auction
•Multi Property Auction (where more than one property is offered up for grabs in one location)
•Online Property Auctions
We can host any property auction within 21 days from the seller mandating us

Currently we are listed on 54 Digital Platforms, advertising all our properties including out of hand sales and auctions. These platforms include

search engines available on the market today. Our website is updated on a daily basis and includes all our properties whether on auction or
out of hand treaty. Our latest addition to the website has been the inclusion of our online auctions. Our website address is extensively
marketed in all our marketing campaigns.

In 2016 this translates to Social media, using technology available we can now INSTANTLY spread the word and reach numbers of people

COSTS:
In all instances whether it be an auction or out of hand, Brocor charges no advertising fees. When a property is auctioned off, the seller does
not pay any commissions. Commissions are paid by the purchaser.
