Ich möchte Gesundheit, Wohlbefinden und Genuss kombinieren.
Ich bin am 20. Mai 1959 in Ungarn geboren. 20 Jahre lang habe ich als Physiotherapeuten meine Patienten auf dem Weg zu ihrer Heilung unterstützt. So war es schon immer mein Anliegen, Menschen zu helfen, gesund zu leben. Meine Leidenschaft zum Kochen, gekoppelt mit dem Interesse an verschiedenen Ernährungslehren, wie TCM, Ayurveda, Makrobiotik, hat mich zu zahlreichen Seminaren getrieben. Daraus entstand der Wunsch, ein kleines, gemütliches Bistro auszumachen, in dem gesundes Essen angeboten wird.
