SMC is a specialist firm of commercial estate agents and Chartered Surveyors, operating mainly in the South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and North Nottinghamshire areas. Based in the heart of the city of Sheffield, SMC acts for a range of local, regional and national clients, and we pride ourselves on the combination of genuine expertise and personal, proactive service that we are able to provide.

In 2012, SMC acquired Hale Saunders, Chartered Surveyors and Martin Saunders joined our team. Martin set up Hale Saunders in 1995 and over the years has built up a loyal client following. The acquisition has meant we can offer a greater level of skill and expertise and have an improved market presence.
