KELLY'S OF CORNWALL ICE CREAM IDOL - TERMS & CONDITIONS

Kelly's vouchers to the value of a month's supply of ice cream to be awarded to an entrant to the competition on the Facebook post.

This competition will close at midnight on 17th November 2016.

The winner of the prize will be drawn at random and notified by Facebook message. If contact cannot be made within 14 days of the draw date, the prize will be forfeited and a further random draw will be made.

No cash alternative available.

The winner will be asked to clarify a correct postal address for the delivery of the voucher. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

By entering the competition you are confirming you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions.

There is no entry fee required.

Only one entry per person.

Automated/bulk entries and entries from third parties are not permitted and will be disqualified. If, due to circumstances beyond their control, Kelly's of Cornwall are unable to provide the stated prize, they reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

Kelly's of Cornwall employees and their families are not eligible to enter.

The prize winner must agree to use of their name and any images submitted for promotion purposes. Entry into this prize draw is taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
