Axcis Education Recruitment is a teaching employment agency that has helped hundreds of teachers, TAs, LSAs and other education and residential support staff into work placements in England and Wales.

We are dedicated exclusively to the special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) sector, and are firmly committed to helping children and young people with special needs and disabilities in schools, PRUs and alternative provisions receive the best support available from qualified and experienced staff.

Our dedicated team of consultants include former teachers and SEND support staff as well as people who have family members with special educational needs or disabilities. They have first-hand experience and are passionately devoted to offering our contractors one-to-one service that is second to none! They are friendly and helpful.

We have offices in London, Birmingham, Bristol, Liverpool, Manchester and Newport (South Wales) so cover most areas in England and South Wales.

We also have an overseas division that helps teachers with special education experience or teachers and support staff who want to gain special education experience to find work. With exceptional expertise in SEND, Axcis offers a number of CPD training options which are often very reasonably priced and even sometimes free. Some of training includes: Autism Awareness and classroom strategies and tips for best practice, Team Teach, Behaviour Management, Manual Handling and an introduction to PECs and Makaton. We furthermore hold regular induction training for new candidates and are always available to help with advice. We even offer a number of resources on our blog and social media pages to help you with ideas.
