Von Sinclair focuses on three areas;

1. Residential Sales in Chelmsford, Essex and surrounding areas.
2. Selling Luxury Off Plan Developments in the South East of England.
3. Land sourcing for property developers in the South East of England.

Von Sinclair was founded in 2015, focusing on sourcing land and selling off plan developments in the South East of England. After selling numerous developments Von Sinclair expanded in 2017 to introduce a sister company, Von Sinclair Media, which assists Estate Agents and Property Professionals by increasing their online brand presence.

Von Sinclair expanded again in late 2017 to launch a Residential Sales division. This expansion was due to the amount of leads being generated by both companies for clients in the residential market as shown by the following statement. “Von Sinclair is generating over 100% more leads per property than any other competitor in the area” – Rightmove 2017.

Our founders have a wealth of experience in the property industry, including sectors in Property Development, Estate Agency, International Property Sales, Property Investment, Finance and Design. We are a member of The Property Ombudsman, membership provides clients with an assurance that they will receive an outstanding level of customer service within the industry. Please note there is a family relation between Von Sinclair and the developers Moody Homes and Jenny Moody Properties.
