Hello, Welcome to the Facebook page for Brighton & Hove Osteopath.
My name is Liz Pegg, I am an osteopath, naturopath and reflexologist with over 25 years experience.
I offer structural and cranial osteopathic treatment for all ages, including gentle osteopathy for babies and children, and safe, effective treatment during pregnancy.
As a Naturopath, I can advise on nutrition, exercise, relaxation techniques and hydrotherapy, together with nutritional supplements, if appropriate to boost your health in all directions.
I also use reflexology to encourage a sense of profound relaxation, which helps create a space for healing.
I offer weekday, evening and Saturday appointments, in my peaceful, ground floor clinic.
