Morelli Zorelli offers the finest Sourdough Pizzas in the heart of Brighton and Hove.
At Morelli Zorelli we lovingly make our sourdough every day on the premises using a 150 year old sourdough starter all the way from Sardinia.
The combination of the finest 00 Caputo flour, 3 day proofing, and cooking in a stone & flame oven locks in the flour's natural aroma and moisture giving our sourdough pizzas a unique, delicious flavour.
All our ingredients are chosen for their high quality and are imported direct from Italy.
The very best San Marzano tomatoes from the Campania region are used to create our tomato sauce and our mozzarella is DOP approved which means the product is regulated for its high quality.
To top our pizzas, we use the very finest meats, olive oil & products sourced from Italy and local Sussex producers.
In addition, we offer vegan and gluten-free options.
