- Partnering with your salon to give you a City and Guilds satellite centre approval, subject to your successful application

- Spend a day with you and your staff ensuring that you get off to a good start (and we will return every year)

- Being responsive to requests for support by email and telephone within 24hrs

- Being available to you for support outside of normal working hours

- Supporting you in the delivery of your training in line with City and Guilds standards

- Guiding you in the production of schemes of work and lesson plans by the use of our templates

- Registering students, verifying all assessment records and claiming for certification

- Supporting your training needs and help enhance your skills as an assessor and mentor alongside all of our other centres

-Guiding you through the assessment process ensuring that all your students achieve a recognised qualification whilst studying in one of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland's most prestigious grooming training schools

- Representing you and your school in national forums whilst acknowledging your individuality and protecting your intellectual property

- Guarantee to ensure that we will not enlist another Heavenlyz accredited partner satellite training centre who would simply end up competing for your work

- Meeting on a monthly basis to ensure consistency of excellence throughout all of our satellite assessment sites.
