Based just 15 minutes from Chester and 45 minutes from Manchester, Catherine is ideally located for occasions in Cheshire on the Wirral and the Vale of Clwyd.
Catherine Skates brings 20 years of catering experience in California to the north of England and Wales. Working with high profile clients in the entertainment world and creating spectacular events with exquisite food, Catherine brings both drama and style to all of her work.
