General information

We are an expanding outstanding childminding business committed to providing good quality affordable childcare in Bawdeswell. Our aim is to nurture and guide our children, our staff are all trained to provide quality and informed care for all ages and abilities through the EYFS Framework. We have strong links with the local school visiting weekly to make use of the large hall and to familiarise our children with the staff and surroundings. We take regular trips in and around the village including numeracy and listening walks, visiting the pond and other natural areas. Chicken Cottage staff aim to work in partnership with parents.carers to settle their child into the cottage to ensure they feel safe, secure and comfortable with the staff and their surroundings. Your child's routines can be incorporated into their childcare at Chicken Cottage and the staff will work with you to achieve this.
