General information
Langthorns Plantery was established in 1977 by Philippa and David Cannon and has been run by their son, Ed Cannon since 2000. Plantery as a name, originated here, as we didn’t fit the brief for a Garden Centre and Nursery tended to either mean wholesale growers or kids playgroup. We are neither and so the Plantery was born.
We are passionate about plants and constantly seek out new and exciting species, as well as keeping a good range of popular old timers. Plants for every aspect of every garden are encompassed in our vast range. Home propagation is in our makeup and we do as much as time will allow.
