General information

Established in 1993, the company’s work is recognised both nationally and internationally for its quality and excellent value. Originally established as a school inspection agency, Focus Education now has four divisions:

• conferences
• consultancy
• training
• products and publications

Focus consultants work with individual schools, networks of schools and local authorities. All events are bespoke and tailored to meet the needs outlined by the client. This might be a one-off event or a series of engagements over a period of time. We run over 200 national conferences each year and typically engage with over 5,000 schools in an average year. We work across England and also with international schools. A large proportion of our clients now choose Focus as their preferred school improvement provider.

Over recent years, the publishing strand of the business has gone from strength to strength. We now produce over 50 publications and products. Our publications are known for their simplicity, practical layout and good value; essentially making life easier for colleagues in school.
