Grimsby Ice Rink

General information

We are currently working with North East Lincolnshire Council, and various organisations, to secure the future of Grimsby Ice Rink for the current and future people of Grimsby and surrounding areas.

We are the only ice rink in Lincolnshire - and we don't want to see it close. This is why a group of volunteers across the skating community are working tirelessly to finalise the business plan so the rink can be run by the community.

There is building and repair work to be done, which includes, a new entrance, disabled toilets, barrier repairs to name a few, as well as needing till systems, skates and equipment.

Our stumbling block at the moment seems to be funding - we have a just giving page www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/grimsby-ice-rink and we also accept donations by cheque or bank transfer (please message us for details).
