DTS was formed in 1998 with the intention of not only providing the very best quality performance products but also with the intention of providing the absolute best possible customer service and satisfaction. Years later, this has allowed the Company organically to develop into the leader in our field. I know how fustrating it is to be let down by a Company's product or service and from customers feedback there are a few competitors failing to deliver a quality product and the all important customer service and technical knowledge. Buying the product is only half of the contract. Today, I still direct the Company with customers needs and requirements of utmost importance. Claims are easy to make, but customers are not easily fooled, so a sound foundation of happy customers, truthful feedback and forum debate combined with the prerequisite back up of a Company with an excellent asset base and technical knowledge allows the customer to make an informed and safer transaction with DTS when looking to purchase a performance upgrade. Afterall, my car is my pride and joy, so we treat every customers vehicle as we would our own
