How it all began...

Richard Panter and Neill Maycock had always dreamt about setting up their own estate agency since meeting back in the year 2000.

5 years ago, dreams progressed to more serious talks and in July 2008 we found ourselves sitting round a table discussing how to turn our dreams in to reality. After the initial talks things moved forward rapidly and in September 2008 we opened the doors on our first office in Glendon, which was centre to all the areas we had worked in previously.

Over the first year Results had grown incredibly and become one of the most trusted and talked about estate agents in the area. It was then in February 2009, Andrew Leyland joined the team as a director and has helped us to continue to give the best service possible and help grow the business even more.

After speaking to many of our vendors, we saw that there was a gap in the market for a trusted and reliable estate agent to cover the Rothwell and Desborough areas.

Having searched high and low, we heard about an office that was coming available in Rothwell and jumped at the chance to relocate our office so that we could better service our growing number of homes within the two towns.

Over the years, in an ever toughening market, Results has continued to grow and has reinstalled trust and confidence in local vendors and buyers alike by giving sound advice and going back to basics.

The team at Results are now also pleased to welcome Corinne Bailey who joins the team as Lettings manager with a wealth of knowledge in the Lettings and Estate Agency arena.

We feel we have a great team whose local knowledge is second to none and we use this knowledge along with our drive to optimise the potential of selling your property at the best price possible in a time scale to suit you.
