BookingsPlus is a web-based booking system incorporating enquiries, bookings, invoicing and a school specific website for marketing the schools community use room hire and for advertising activities / classes ran at the school.

As experienced people who run community use throughout the UK, we found the administration of hiring rooms / taking payments/ invoicing to be cumbersome with no single system offering a complete solution. So we developed a system that could cope with all aspects of covering community use from taking enquiries to informing the schools facilities management of activities planned to invoicing to marketing the classes in the community.
