Scorpion Combat Jiu-jitsu is a practical method of self-defence, personal fitness, and character development. We use the natural law of motion, leverage, timing and efficiency to enable us to defeat bigger, stronger opponents. When combined with effective striking techniques it forms an extremely powerful offensive and defensive martial art system - ''Combat Effective Jiu-Jjitsu''.

I teach Combat Jiu-jutsu in the North West of England an hold a 6th degree Black Belt. The system includes techniques both defensive and offensive to combat attacks from armed and unarmed assailants. It is a complete self-defence / fighting system. The goal is to produce a fighter capable of using striking techniques, jujitsu, weaponry and ground fighting where necessary.

The basic principles of Combat Jiu-jutsu are understandable by everyone. Combat Jiu-jutsu will mould itself to the practitioner, utilising his or her strengths. Combat Jiu-jutsu will never force its practitioners into a standard mould, fixed unrealistic stances. After the initial levels of training are well established individual ability and expression are encouraged and indeed expected.
