General information

I have been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1990, having now spent over 30 years in the Profession. I have become familiar with much of London and the South Eastern counties over this time however for over 25 years have specialised in South East London and North West and Mid Kent. I have gained wide experience on Residential Properties having worked for public and private organisations, both large and small.

In 1995, I commenced trading on my own account enabling me to offer a personal independent service. I have no need to work to targets, nor am I 'pressured' to carry out a given number of jobs each day, as is often common practice for modern corporate businesses. My aim is to provide a friendly, efficient and professional service tailored to your own purposes and requirements. My services are frequently called upon by several local and national Surveying Practices on a Consultancy basis when they are in need of additional manpower, and over the years I have completed mortgage valuation reports on behalf of a vast number of lending institutions, including many of the main Banks and Building Societies.
