We treat people as we'd like to be treated ourselves, which is why almost all of our business comes from word-of-mouth recommendations.

We're also proud to be entrusted with repairing appliances for one of the UK's most prestigious store groups (retail royalty!) and are Authorised Service Agents for Beko, Bissell, Vax, Magimix, Amica, Kenwood, DeLonghi and Daewoo as well as National Repair Agents for Electrolux floorcare and AEG small kitchen appliances.

Depending on the value of your appliance, you can often extend its life substantially with a professional repair that's considerably cheaper than replacing it, as well as kinder to the environment as it won't need to go to landfill or be sent on a slow boat to China for dismantling.

And if you have an old appliance that has sentimental value (perhaps your late mother's old Kenwood Chef?), we might be able to breathe new life into it for you even decades after it went out of warranty.

We don't do sharp intakes of breath, we don't try to blind you with science, and we won't waste your money if something really isn't repairable.
