General information

Calico has been running as a marine aquatic shop for nearly 20 years. We specialise in everything to do with marine systems from simpler fish only set ups, to more complex invert systems.

We have recently added a small but reliable selection of cold water and tropical freshwater fish.

In 2016, we removed our 17 foot display tank (yes it was fabulous, but it had had it's day) and replaced it with a completely new marine system holding approximately 4800 litres of water.

Our staff are always on hand to offer honest, well researched advice, both to novice fish keepers and experts. More importantly, we enjoy talking to our customers regardless of the amount of money they have to spend or the size of system they own.

We can design and build any system to your exact requirements at a very competitive price. We'll also install your system for you and make sure that you get your set up right from the beginning, guiding you through the pitfalls and helping you avoid a whole host of future problems.

We stock plenty of living rock, most of which is fully cured and available for sale at any one time. Our rock comes from Indonesia in a variety of shapes and sizes to suit the smallest or largest set up. Order online or by telephone for next day delivery.
