Tang Soo Do is a well established martial througout the world and has a vast number of members apart of the World Tang Soo Do Association. Market Deeping Tang Soo Do is a club run by Master R Tyler (4th Dan) and is a part of GB Tang Soo Do run by European Director Master M Khan (7th Dan). Our training involves many different things and caters for all people. We practice:
- Fitness exercises
- Stretching
- Kicking and Blocking combinations
- Pad work both kicking and punching
- Forms (pattern of movements)
- Weapons Forms (staff, dagger, sword, cane)
- Self defense
- Sparring
