Operating throughout Hertfordshire, the Wellbeing service provides help & support for people with mild to moderate depression and anxiety disorders such as; Panic, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Generalised Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress and Health Anxiety.

Our aim is to assist people across the county in accessing therapy and social care support which will promote better psychological health and well-being, enabling them to gain or remain in employment and to participate in daily living activities.

The Wellbeing Team (formally known as The Enhanced Primary Mental Health Service - EPMHS) delivers Improved Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) in Hertfordshire.
We work in line with NICE Guidelines in a model of care that treats mental health problems and teaches people skills in order to recover and/or improve their day-to-day life.

Working with a variety of experienced mental health professionals, we offer rapid access via self-referral or your GP, to a range of short term interventions.

This service is open to any adult age 16+
