Having seen the change in travel habits of her recently divorced and widowed friends, Melissa, who has worked in the travel industry for almost 2 decades, decided to build a travel brand that was synonymous with fun and togetherness for single-parent families. She didn’t want to see her friends, or any other single parent for that matter, feeling vulnerable and alone when on holiday with their children. And so, Melon Holidays was born!

Our vision, quite simply, is to be the UK’s leading provider of single-parent family holidays. That means offering the best value, the best customer service and the best experiences in the most trustworthy way. To distinguish ourselves from any other single-parent holiday provider out there.

We aim to be the tour operator for single-parent families that doesn’t penalize you by adding hefty supplements to the child prices.
