At the Shaolin Kung Fu & Tai Chi Centre (AKA Chinese Performing Arts Centre) you can learn authentic Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Sanshou (Chinese kickboxing) from Shifu Shi Heng Sheng, a 35th generation disciple from the Shaolin Temple Henan Province China.
Studying a Chinese martial art has many benefits including improving your overall health and well-being. Our students train for many reasons including to achieve weight loss, improve fitness, flexibility, self defence, self confidence, relaxation, improved coordination and to focus the mind.
We're based in Greenwich South East London, come along for a trial session.
