RICS at Parliament Square is a prestigious Grade II listed building, beautifully designed by Alfred Waterhouse and perfectly positioned in the heart of Westminster at Parliament Square. Purpose-built for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1899 and refurbished over recent years, RICS offers flexible conference and banqueting facilities for meetings, dinners, drinks receptions and weddings.
Natural daylight, air-conditioning and state-of-the-art audio visual equipment are available throughout the venue and fine dining catering is provided by Roux at Parliament Square.
The historic Lecture Hall provides a unique location for meetings and formal dining, the President’s Suite is ideal for business meetings and the Council Chamber and ground floor function rooms offer a blend of traditional & contemporary décor for your event. RICS also has a panoramic roof terrace with views overlooking Westminster Abbey and Big Ben and provides the perfect backdrop for summer parties, wedding receptions and film shoots.
