Traymark Junior Dance Club

General information

Traymark Junior Dance Club held its first classes on Saturday 30th August 1986 with 30 pupils in attendance. Our dancing school has now been running for over 30 years!

Today Traymark holds weekly medal classes for both boys and girls aged 4 - 18 years in Latin American, Ballroom, Freestyle (Solo, Pairs, Trios and Teams), Boys Fun Freestyle, Rock 'n' Roll and Salsa. During our popular General Dance Sessions pupils of all ages meet together to participate in both up to date and traditional fun party, pop and trend dances. Classes are paid on a week by week basis and start from £7 for 1 1/2 hour sessions.

Traymark has the feel of an extended family. The advanced pupils are encouraged to mentor the younger and less experienced dancers. Many of our past members stay in contact, returning to help out at Medal Tests and Presentation days. We are also proud to say we are now teaching second generation pupils!

There is an emphasis placed on high teaching standards, to show respect to others and promote kindness and inclusion.
