Specialising in new homes, eco-homes, listed buildings, remodelling projects and extensions; Hampshire Architect’s Carolyn Gillians is passionate about putting the customer at the heart of the project. As a sole trader, she handles all projects personally, so that you can be assured of attention to detail and the personal touch.

Based in Netley Abbey between Hamble and Southampton, Hampshire Architect will guide you through the Planning, Building Regulations and Construction Processes, with advice on current legislation including the Code for Sustainable Homes, the Community Infrastructure Levy and the Party Wall etc Act (see our ‘Useful Info’ page on our website for more).

Carolyn builds a detailed 3D computer model of the project and produces detailed user friendly 3D visualisations, floor plans, sections and elevations. She prepares two sketch designs as standard to get ideas flowing so that you can mix and match the elements that suit you. With her experience and local knowledge Carolyn can get your project off to the best start and really give it the wow factor.
