Lettuce Student Lettings owns and handles the letting and management of over 40 student properties totalling over 300 rooms, around the Coventry University Campus and close to the City Centre.

Lettuce Lettings are one of Coventry’s biggest private student landlords. We only specialise in Coventry Student Property with over 20 years of experience.

We are experts in larger houses of multiple occupation and own properties from 1 bed to 12 bedroom mega houses!

Located a 10 minute walk from Coventry University Campus, this securely gated complex made up of 16 individual houses, ranging from 11-12 bedrooms per property, is wholly occupied by students. This offers a "student village" feel to student living, again, supplied with its own management team and overnight security.
