Our independant stock taking team will carry out a stock take on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis and provide the following services subject to the frequency of stock take required-

Analysis on Profit Percentage Report by Product Line.
End Of Year & Business Transfer Valuation Certificates.

We undertake stock takes without any disruption to your business. By only using the most up to date technology we guarantee accurate reporting.

Using hand held 'Psion' barcode scanners and weighing scales for data collection we scan and weigh all stock from kegs and optic bottles through to food quantities.

Upon completing a stock take we transmit the information on the 'Psion' directly to our laptops and generate valuation reports innediately. We can also add sales information, delivery dockets, allowances etc to generate profitability and variance reports. These reports can also be printed on site or e-mailed to you from our office.
