We can offer multiple training programmes including: Practical Self-Defence and Personal Safety, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Children’s Martial Arts and Anti-Bullying skills, Little Champions classes with co-ordination skills. Our curriculum is designed to be age appropriate so that it will be ideal for you and your family.

Our goal is for all students to earn their Black Belt and have a great time doing it. In addition to teaching effective physical self-defence skills, we emphasise the mental aspects of martial arts including focusing attention, perseverance and goal achievement. These are skills that build confidence and help everyone succeed in all aspects of their lives.

Our certified team of professional instructors, state of the art training equipment and fantastic classes will help you achieve the goals you set out to reach.
